whacked (adjective) : Bogus, nuts, crazy, lax, unreal, ludicrous, faulty, unbelievable, etc.
They said that they fixed the glitch in the computer program but it is still whacked.

Whacker (noun) : Anyone who finds abnormal amount of pleasure from witnessing, taking part in, or hearing emergency calls. Those whose lives revolve around EMT or firefighting work, and enjoy the 'action' of life threatening events. Word derives from belief that some may give themselves sexual pleasure or 'whack off' to such events.
The anxious whacker sat listening to his scanner, awaiting the voice of the dispatching annoucing a call with some good action.
