weekend-warrior gear (noun) : a party uniform; special party clothes that a person who lives for the weekend wears with the intent on going out to public places such as a bar, club, house-party, etc.

Every Friday, my friend comes to work wearing his weekend-warrior gear so he can go to happy hour right after work.
