(noun) : A thoughtful, target-focused suggestion, in a business meeting setting, that goes towards actually finding a solution. Can be seen as the opposite of just a some random ideas that typically come out of "brainstorming" sessions.
"Come on guys, thoughtput is what I need. Don't just give me half-baked, ideas that don't lead to any real solution to the problem at hand."
