stuckholder (noun) : One who holds a stock which price went in the opposite direction intended; and then the price returns to the original price. During this time the holder of the stock is "stuck" until being enabled to get out even.

About 50 years ago. I believe the word came up at a financial conference in New England. This is a good word; however, I am not the author.
