SOUPOTTO (sue-paw-toe) (noun) : A risotto-soup; made by deliberately adding excessive water (e.g. .75 litre instead of the recommended .5 litre) to the preparation of a normal risotto.

A SOUPOTTO is a lot easier to make than a traditional risotto and just as tasty!
