snotsicle (noun) : Frozen snot off the tip of someone's nose or other parts of the face in the shape of an icicle, often experienced by personnel in very cold (polar or high altitude) conditions.

When I arrived at the top of Mt Erebus, someone pointed out the enormous snotsickle I had growing off my nose.
