"Shopability refers to the ease a customer has to access and/or select ..." Hundreds of entries found in Google. A common word in merchandising. Underlying verb "shopable" or "shoppable" also found but less frequent. —Website listed in Google search on "shopability."

shoplite (noun) : The alternative to a shopping ban in which one chooses to reduce spending to bare necessities and limited splurges as a result of reckless, unbridled spending, usually during sale season.

My shopportunistic husband won't bother to go to the grocery store himself but presents a long list of 'must-haves' when I'm making a trip.

A price comparison website is a Shoptagon. A large shopping mall may be classed as a Shoptagon.
