schmoop (noun) : Romantic-y stuff that makes other people go into diabetic comas if they witness it. Example: "I love you!", "I love you more!", "No I love YOU more!"

Schmootie Schmoo (adjective) : A person who talks to hear themselves talk. Likely they will pick a person they believe to be "lower" on the political or corporate totem pole to listen so they can tout accomplishments while within ear's distance of someone they believe to be "important". That corporate sponsored party will be full of schmootie schmoo's, let's just go to the pub instead.
