- Patty Cake (noun) : A alcoholic drink made of Patron tequila (a shot's worth) with ice and a splash of lemon/lime soda. Enjoyed by avid tequila drinkers who don't want to drink straight alcohol. "Patty" for Patron, "Cake" for the added sweetness.
