Halloweenaphobia (noun) : A condition where one is extremely afraid of Halloween.

The old lady's Halloweenaphobia is so severe that she places garlic on her door, covers up all her mirrors, and will not come out of her house for the entire 24 hour period of October 31st - Halloween.

(adjective) : Exhibiting the qualities of the spirit of Halloween.

That skeleton decoration is rather Halloweeny.
