frogleg (verb) : positioning patient's legs wide apart, bent at the knees, and up towards chest in order to get access to perineal area for medical procedures, such as placing urinary catheters.

The RN exclaimed, "I am going to need someone to help me frogleg this baby so I can place the catheter to obtain a urine sample."
