fingeristic (adjective) : A described action made by a finger or fingers.

fingerpickin' (verb) : 1. The act of using ones fingers to pick food with or without consumption and without the use of a plate. 2. To use ones fingers to pick bits or "samples" off another/in-laws plate.

mom- "quit fingerpickin' at that food! if you want some, put it on your plate."

fingerspell (verb) : to use the manual alphabet for the Deaf to spell words.

Though there is a sign for "yes" in American Sign Language, Deaf people tend to fingerspell it if they want to be emphatic.
