decorpulate (verb) : to detach a body from a head. (Also, decorpulated, as a modifier—see example below)
We should refer to "decapitated bodies" and "decorpulated heads—" strictly speaking, the concept of a "decapitated head" makes no sense. —I ask you to bear with this coinage, which also returns a small number of Google hits.
