buggin (verb) : freaking out because of loss, fight, break up, etc. People who are buggin usually need space. It can also mean loss of conscious thought or being disoriented, or being shocked or surprised.

bugly (adjective) : Butt Ugly. This is a term describing the appearance of an object who is uglier that would be described by calling them ugly, but not quite as ugly as someone termed "fugly".

I do not think that he is fugly at all; though he is definitely bugly.
