(other) : This is a combination of HUNGRY/HUNGER and ANGRY/ANGER. It is the feeling of frustration and agitation due to extreme hunger. An emotion which is usually temporary and can be remedied by consumption of food to satisfy the hunger.

After shopping for 10 hours with his wife and having consumed only a bagel during the entire time, Frank's hanger was starting to become evident as he was curt with the saleclerks as well as his wife.
